Waiting to break ground :-)

Our family has decided to join the world of Ryan Home bloggers as we go through the process of building our next home. We are almost 2 months into the process and have learned so much from reading the current blogs and wanted to do the same for the next person.

We signed our contract Nov. 30th to build a Ravenna and decided to wait until all our ducks were in a row before "telling the world".  We our under contract on our current house and expect to break ground in early March after we close. We will be moving into an apartment while the house is under construction and hope to be in by early June. So back to waiting we go....

      Thank you for the welcome. We are building our home in suburbs of Cincinnati. My hubby and I have read yours and so many of the RH bloggers sites looking for all the insights of the process with Ryan . This will be our second time building so there are definitely some lessons already learned but each builder is different.
