A lull then progress

After what felt like an eternity our lot was excavated on the 20th and the footers were poured on the 21st.






Then we went back to waiting until today when we went over and TODAY they poured the foundation walls.

Our Garage... Oh how I miss parking in a garage.


Our wood is set to be delivered on Tuesday, with great weather ahead hopefully framing will begin next week and it should look like a house soon. 

I hope the pace becomes steady so we stay on track ( and hopefully early) for a mid June settlement.

    Looking good! we are at the same point in our build. it's funny how different the elevations make the foundation walls look so different.
