Drywall has begun

We had our pre-drywall meeting and it was pretty standard. During our walk through yesterday our PM highlighted the energy star elements of the build and verified our all our requests. Our pre-settlement date is scheduled for June 13th and closing for June 17th. As we get closer I plan to request closing on the 14th, but want to wait.  We were also able to lock our interest rate and received an updated GFE. Thankfully our interaction with NVR has been without issue and I hope it continues this way.

So the hubby and I stopped by the house today and they had installed 2/3 of the drywall and will do the basement and garage tomorrow.  It is amazing how much they can do in just one day. Seeing the house with walls gives me goosebumps and I can start to envision how we will make this our home.

      Our PM said it will take approximately 10 days to complete. It's so exciting, I can't wait to see our selections and most importantly move in.
