The HVAC system is in, plumbing has started and the sump pump is running. We have scheduled our inspector to come out on Tuesday and pre- drywall end of the week. I cannot tell you how excited we are to see our house come together.
So in addition to the progress there are a few reloops the house wrap needs to be re-done and sections of the roof as well following a rain storm with strong winds and hail. Our PM called to update us and that it will be re-done perfectly. All in all nothing too major just a few items but overall the process is going well.
I will say frequent visits is a must and helps us feel more confident in the quality of the build.
It really is getting there. Yes, those sound like issues that are easily corrected (and may be stronger than before).
